At Table Mountain Inn’s Grill & Cantina guests and outsiders can enjoy great Southwestern cuisine without going to the desert. Located inside our Inn is the place where form and function simply meet “taste”. Lunch time at the Grill & Cantina is a great way to take a break from the day and experience our hand-crafted and tasty entrees.
Our lunch menu offers appetizers for starters, soups and salads, burgers and sandwiches as well as Cantina favorites all to be enjoyed with a frosty beverage or beverage of choice to squelch the spiciness. One can start with the “Flaming Asadero Cheese” appetizer which for those who haven’t had it is a semi-firm, off-white Mexican cheese much like Mozzarella that melts in one’s mouth to be accompanied by Navajo flatbread and chips.
Next, our award winning “Pork Green Chile” might just be it for some and going no further. It would be hard to stop there though with “Nuevo Enchiladas” glaring from the menu. This has been a local favorite since 1991 and the enchiladas come either with grilled vegetables, slow roasted chicken, grilled tenderloin or lean buffalo.
The burgers and sandwiches offered at the Grill & Cantina incorporate buffalo, beef and chicken in a variety of ways. From “Prime Rib Sliders” to the “Buffalo Reuben”, one can taste the different renditions of the American Classic; The Burger. Veracruz” and the “Carnitas Burrito”.
All of the above mentioned meals come in at a nice price point with nothing over $12. That is a lot of quality food for the price and it’s only lunch at our Golden, Colorado restaurant.
