Conference Facilities and Meeting Rooms outside of Denver at Table Mountain Inn

Our meeting rooms can accommodate 10 to 200 guests, depending on how the meeting room is arranged. Our Kokopelli Room features a waterscape courtyard and accommodates groups of up to 60 for seated and up to 80 for cocktail parties. Our Del Rio and Arapaho Rooms can be combined to accommodate groups of up to 150 for seated service and up to 200 for cocktail parties. Separately, they are perfect for a smaller meeting, reception or catered event.

Arapaho Room
A perfect space for meeting or social functions! Guests will enjoy this room’s rich southwestern décor and cozy ambiance. The Arapaho room can also be adjoined to the Del Rio room to accomodate larger functions.
Del Rio Room
Offering a quiet and intimate space, the Del Rio room is ideal for meetings, cocktail parties, or meals. Guests can also utilize the adjoining Lakota Lounge complete with a stone fireplace and southwestern feel.
Kokopelli Kokopelli Courtyard & Room
Guests will enjoy a comfortable room that is perfect for that corporate meeting, wedding reception or social event. It comes with an adjoining private courtyard, allowing ample sunlight into the room. State of the art audio visual equipment available.
