The Arapaho Room seats up to 100 guests comfortably for business functions in typical meeting room set ups. From classroom seating, U-shape, hollow square, crescent rounds and simply rounds, the room is flexible and will be perfectly detailed with choice of linen and skirting. The Arapaho Room is equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including a mounted LCD Projector and 60" Flat-screen TV, a 72" drop down screen, state-of-the-art sound capabilities and temperature controls in the room.
Del Rio Room
The Del Rio Room is ideal for intimate board meetings, private dining and receptions of 10-40 people. Del Rio provides guests with a welcoming, lodge-style feel. State of the art audio visual equipment is available.
The Lakota Lounge is located adjacent to the Del Rio Room and features a beautiful stone fireplace. This area is a multifunction space and may be used for various events including a pre-function area, a breakout space, a break, meal service, small reception or even a meeting with casual ‘lounge' seating.
Arapaho/Del Rio/Lakota Lounge
For larger meetings, events and exhibit space, the Arapaho, Del Rio and Lakota Lounge rooms combined is the perfect space. The combined space will accommodate up to 150 people seated, 200 people in a ‘flow' format or 40 table top exhibits. The rooms adjoin with a wall of windows that may be opened and state of the art sound is distributed throughout the entire area.
The Kokopelli Room seats up to 80 people for business meetings and seated meals. The room features natural lighting through windows overlooking the outdoor, Kokopelli Patio. Kokopelli Room is equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including a mounted LCD Projector and 60" Flat-screen TV, state-of-the-art sound capabilities and temperature controls in the room.
Kokopelli Patio is a private patio that may be used when an event is booked into the Kokopelli room. Consider this space for meal service, a break-out area or even a cocktail party following your all day meeting.
