HOTEL POLICIES

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Early Check-In requests are welcome. However, we will not guarantee any arrival before 3:00 p.m.
Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and possible fee.

  • Check-In is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.

Parking
Parking is complimentary. We have 2 covered garages and 2 outdoor lots. Parking is available on a first come - first serve basis.

Tax Information
There is a 7.6% tax applicable to all guestroom rates. This tax is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Policy
The Table Mountain Inn does not take a deposit at the time of booking. We do require a credit card for guarantee purposes only. A reservation will not be made without a valid credit card. The Table Mountain Inn Accepts the following Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club. A credit card must be provided at Check-In. Cash is accepted at Check-In for Room/Tax amount, but a valid card is still required to cover incidentals.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the 3:00pm arrival time. Day-Of cancellations are subject to a $50 plus tax charge. Full night and tax charge will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation if it is not honored (No Show).

Children Policy & Extra Person Charge
Children 12 years and under stay free with adults, when using existing bedding. Room rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for an extra person in a room is $10. There is no accommodation charge for children 12 years of age and under when sharing a room with an adult and using existing bedding. The charge for a roll away or a crib is $10 per night.

Special Request Policy
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted by advance reservation only. There is a $10 nightly charge per pet, maximum 2 pets per room. Pet-Friendly accommodations are only offered in the Traditional King and Traditional Double Queen rooms, not Grand King rooms or Suites.
