Table Mountain Inn is the ideal venue for your beautiful Colorado wedding ceremony, reception, or rehearsal dinner. Our stunning property, spectacular views, and award winning cuisine combine to provide an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed. All of your guests - we can accommodate 10 to 200 - will feel welcome as they arrive to join you and your loved one for this very special time in your lives.

Our experienced staff will work with you as closely as you’d like to make it easy for you to enjoy the day without worrying about the details. We are happy to provide you with information regarding local bakeries (we do not provide a cake), DJs, bridal shops, tuxedo rentals, and photographers.

If you wish to provide alcoholic beverages for your guests, we can set up a banquet bar for you, either as a cash bar, hosted bar, or a combination of each. Please note that banquet bars are limited to a maximum of four hours, and our liquor license requires that any alcohol consumed in our hotel must be purchased from Table Mountain Inn.

To make things easier, we also offer a wedding package that combines many of these services under one easy rate. You may find that this option allows you the most freedom to mingle with friends and family while we make all of the preparations.

If your guests would also like to stay overnight with us, we’re pleased to offer them a special discount when you reserve five or more rooms. Please see the block rates below for more information.

2008 Wedding Block Sleeping Room Rates

  • $125.00 - Double Queen & Traditional Kings
  • $135.00 - Grand Kings
  • $164.00 - Traditional Suites
  • $194.00 - Navajo Junior Suites
  • $214.00 - Santa Fe Executive Suites

* For wedding blocks, we recommend blocking 10 rooms initially. Once these have been confirmed by your guests, we suggest blocking rooms in increments of 5.

* There is a 30 day cancellation policy for wedding blocks. Any rooms not confirmed by your guests 30 days prior to arrival, will be released without notice.

* Once a room is confirmed by your guests with their credit card, the cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival.

* If you would prefer to hold any rooms past the 30 day drop date, you will be responsible for payment of any rooms not confirmed.

* NO other discounts are available with the wedding block rate.
